As an institution, we promote development and change. We offer a variety of in-house training programmes to aid in both the development and advancement of our employees. In addition, we provide free operator training sessions to women living in the surrounding areas, opening the door to their own source of income. The top trainees are given the opportunity to work as operators at Odyssey Craft (Pvt.) Ltd. We believe empowering women and giving them the tools to support themselves would result in a society that is fair and equal and give women the chance to accomplish more.
