We are using the Jeanologia EIM software for our washing plant operations. It can effectively quantify the environmental footprint, allowing us to optimise our washing procedure resulting in reductions in water and energy consumption. This resource management system will play a pivotal role in diminishing the textile industry’s environmental impact.

At our facility, waste generated during our production processes is efficiently incinerated to produce clean energy. This approach not only minimizes landfill waste but also reduces our environmental footprint, making a positive contribution to a sustainable future. Our commitment to waste-to-energy conversion is a testament to our dedication to responsible resource management and eco-conscious manufacturing practices.

Our ETP efficiently processes 80 cubic metres of effluent per hour, our WTP has a capacity of 100 cubic metres and STP has a capacity of 50 cubic metres, reflecting our commitment to responsible wastewater management.

Comprehensive Environmental Management:  We embrace a holistic approach to environmental management, covering pre-treatment, evaporation, and filtration to address every aspect of environmental responsibility.

Energy-Efficient Evaporation:  Through innovative feed pre-treatment by ECOT, our evaporators operate with impressive energy efficiency, facilitating the evaporation of 3.0-3.2 kilograms of water for every 1 kilogram of steam. This also enhances condensate water quality and salt crystallization.

Environmental Compliance:  We adhere strictly to pollution control regulations while maintaining a zero effluent discharge policy, ensuring responsible wastewater treatment that safeguards the environment.

Water Resource Conservation:  We value water as a precious resource and have implemented systems to conserve process and utility wastewater, ensuring water availability for our operations and contributing to responsible resource management.
